Hey, this is a great game so far, probably my second favorite in the NTR genre - - I have a few suggestions that you may or may not have considered though!

1. I would really like to see a regression in the dialogue, as well as the facial expressions for the girl the more corrupted she becomes with the landlord; making her more apathetic toward the MC the more she cheats on him.

2. Following that, I'd love to see more facial expressions for both the girl and the landlord, right now they're very soul-less.

3. Following the first suggestion, changing the girls outfits/hairstyle the more she's corrupted (removing her glasses, making her wear much more skimpy outfits, make her grow out her hair, etc).

4. Small suggestion, but adding illustrations to the streams instead of having a black page with comments would be a nice touch.

Either way, love it so far, and I really hope you add #1 & #3, those would make this game so much more immersive.

Will be keeping an eye on this one since I am a sucker for childhood friend corruption. Also, you should add more people for her to slut herself.

Game pretty short, need another dude, maybe black men? For new ending, and need add some other things, for example buy new bed, sofa, tv and etc for MC house. Maybe add spy camera? Because even when windows open in landlord room, you can't watch from different perspective.
I want scene where mc watch and fap or even cuck end. Maybe add possibility buy her costumes? And she use some in ntr and vanilla scenes.

I seems to be having some issues, the game seems to be glitching out , except if I  look at a specific angle

So the game crashed when I tried playing it at first, fixed that thanks to a previous comment. now, though, for some reason everything is way brighter than any of the preview images. Like, the girl is straight up too bright for me to see her body and I'm not sure why. This is the only game I've had this problem with.

Hola, queria saber que truco usan los demas para ganar dinero de forma facil, llevo 6 semanas en el juego y apenas tengo 2k y sigo sin poder pagar la renta, la verdad es que no se que hacer para ganar mas dinero, no le agarro el truco. He gastado el dinero en mejorar la carisma del personaje y todo eso y siento que pierdo mas dinero debes de ganar. Algun consejo? Y tambien queria sugerir de meter a mas chicas dentro del juego y aprovechar los demas departamentos vacios, como por ejemplo meter una que sea streamer famosa y tenga la opcion de ayudar a la amiga, y puedas tambien hacerlo con ella. O tambien meter una tienda y haya una chica ahi que al igual que las demas chicas puedas progresar con esta. y Tambien agregar algun trio con estas.

He jugado este juego desde el principio y más Qué cantidad le falta variedad creo que ya va siendo hora de poner un tercer personaje Como una excompañera de trabajo que viene de vez en cuando en ejemplo los miércoles qué son los días más tediosos de pasar de la semana y a veces te queda exceso de dinero y no sabes qué hacer con el es una sugerencia pero deberías hacer que el personaje venga los miércoles Con la excusa de ayudar pero solo es para verlo y ayuda al protagonista con el mantenimiento de los apartamentos Cómo sacar la basura y limpiar el suelo y para gastar el exceso de dinero con herramientas extras que ayudan mejor con la limpieza y dependiendo de qué tan bien o mal limpie el casero se la lleva a la parte de atrás  del edificio para que lo *ayude* con el trabajo de mantenimiento que falta y así también se le da uso a la ventana del cuarto del protagonista Haciendo que los basureros que bloquean la entrada a peces estén ahí y a veces no y para que no se sienta tan monótono deberías poner un ciclo de día tarde y noche, día hacer el trabajo ,tarde ayudar con el edificio noche exploración

So i download this game but it's not working for me when i try running the game it just show a transparent window then it close, either it's not compatible with my laptop or i need to do something to make it run but I'm not too sure

How do you use the pc? I've tried everything and it doesn't seem to work

Hmmm overall ok

I wanna point out a few things here though.

First up the ugly bastard scenes are more interesting/hotter then the MC and the girl scenes lol.

Second up the (spoilers) the bad ending gets her pregnant but the good ending points to the fact that the ugly bastard route is set in stone and that she'll fall into corruption either way?

Third up setting up what game and all that to play is pointless, so is spending more money on making the stream better as if you leave it on minimum and rando game you'll always have enough especially with the sponserships.

I get this is super early so things are placeholder and just not even there but I'll have to come back in like years at this point to see how this game has progressed. I will say you have a decent groundwork setup though and all the best.

well some problems with the settings u added. the volume bars are not corect.. just reducing the volume by idk 10pixels mutes the music xD

um can you fix me paying rent, kind of feels like I'm getting forced ntr

this makes no sense, i have 1200$ why can't i pay rent??

I see a lot of potential. I can't wait to see what you have to add to the already solid foundation. Can't believe it was made in just two months 

how am i ment to start? after talking to the landlord i cant figure out what to do. cant sleep, cant open doors and cant click anything on the computer. im playing the 1.02 version

Your game is very cool, the story is really gripping I have rarely seen a game of this type with such good gameplay bravo to you for this work some improvements to make but seen as seen you are active in terms of updates I am sure that this game will become a classic. I just have one question, are the 3D models taken from VroidStudio?

Not bad, some good decisions, a lot of underdeveloped ones, clunky, a bit tedious but short and cute, left me with good feeling of your author-potential. Some critical points that I've got:

1) My gosh there should be a notification like "HEY! IT'S SATURDAY! PAY UP OR ELSE...". It's so easy to just lose track of weekdays since you're always in a loop of schedule a video->buy stuff->work->sleep->repeat, there's nothing to do otherwise anyway.

2) You plan to add more comments? Do they even matter? As of now there's almost 0 incentive to look at them.

3) Some basic dialogues for day-to-day interactions could be nice. Like you come to her place but she just ignores you, some friend she is!

4) You talk about her career (it's main gameplay, mind you!) exactly 2 times: in the beginning and when sponsorships become available. After that... So long and thanks for the fish I guess? 

Overall it's not too bad for your first public game, but I feel like there's almost no reason to actually adress any of my points (except 1st one maybe? Should be pretty easy to do). You can spend enormous amounts of time polishing it, but I highly doubt there's a room for your creation to be something bigget than what it already is. My IMHO - just move on to the next thing, I'm pretty sure you can make it much better. Also, big up for making 3D eroge! Really excited to see what you and Acestudio will come up with in the future.
